Naomi Limor Sedek, a leader in the non-profit foundation sector, currently serves as the President and CEO of the Tidewater Jewish Foundation (TJF). Joining TJF in July 2020, Naomi has leveraged over 17 years of extensive experience in community building, financial resource development, and cultivating relationships through Jewish values to enrich the Tidewater/Hampton Roads Jewish community. Under her leadership, TJF, which has been a cornerstone of support since 1984, manages hundreds of funds for individuals, families, foundation donors, and local non-profits, distributing over $217 million to more than 1,700 charitable organizations to date.

Randy is a licensed CPA and comes to TJF with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, public/non- profit financial management, and municipal government. Most recently the VP-Finance/CFO for a non- profit retirement/healthcare facility, he had previously served as CFO for several operating units of a diversified multi-state healthcare operation and held senior management positions in municipal finance. Randy has managed finance, human resources, information technology, and facility management functions including oversight of operating and capital budget functions, financial planning and debt management, human services administration, systems development, and implementation, local tax administration, and grants management.

Originally a native of upstate New York, Ann attended S.U.N.Y. @ Geneseo, graduating with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Ann has called Tidewater home for over 30 years and has been with TJF since 2016.

Craig comes to TJF with more than 15 years of experience in accounting, 9 of those years in the healthcare industry. He has an extensive knowledge of database and reporting software. Craig is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College.

Amy Weinstein is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and 21/64 Certified Trainer with more than 15 years of experience in relationship building, Jewish communal service and resource generation. Amy returns to the Tidewater Jewish Foundation after serving the community as the Vice President of Marketing and Development at Beth Sholom Village from 2019 to 2024, and previously as Director of Development at Eggleston. From 2015 to 2017 Amy served as Director of Development at Tidewater Jewish Foundation, where she helped launch the Life & Legacy and the B’nai Tzedek programs. She also previously served as the Young Adult Division Director at the United Jewish Federation of Tidewater.

Kim King, the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President and CEO at the Tidewater Jewish Foundation, is a seasoned professional who joined the organization in 2021, bringing over 20 years of Marketing and Consulting experience. Relocating from Richmond, VA, Kim has injected fresh ideas and energy into TJF. She holds a B.S. from Randolph-Macon College, graduating with a minor in Elementary Education and double majors in Sociology and Women's Studies. Her diverse academic background and unwavering commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset, dedicated to supporting TJF's leadership and mission with enthusiasm and expertise.
Executive Director, 1991-2002
Hal Sacks served as the first Executive Director of the Foundation from its inception in 1991 until 2002. Throughout his lifetime, Hal continued to actively serve and support TJF until his passing in 2017. Hal’s memory will continue to be a blessing and his impact will be felt for generations.
