HONOR THE BALANCE: Often, we get stuck in roles and routines where we tend to always give, always teach, or always follow, especially as glide into our golden years. To be healthy, mentally and physically, to be WHOLE, we need to step outside of our roles, routines, and yes, ruts, to learn how to balance.

Come join us for a presentation which includes discussion, storytelling, and an arts and craft activity that teaches us how to embrace and honor the Balance.
